SALARY PACKAGE FOR YOUTH MINISTERS

Here are some figures for use in calcuating a youth minister's salary. Included is the figure for the average youth minister's salary in the south, however, this average figure doesn't appear to include a pension plan, so at the bottom of the table, you'll find sample packages based on a package that includes health insurance and a pension plan, plus travel allowence and continuing education. The insurance figures are for the Episcopal Church's insurance.
