Here are some examples of the kinds of things Anna's been doing or will be doing around the diocese:

• Leading equipping sessions for volunteer youth leaders.  These sessions include sections on youth culture, what it means to mentor, and how to effectively utilize curriculum.


• Meeting with search committees or representatives from search committees as a resource in hiring a new youth minister (or a first youth minister)


• Meeting with representatives from congregations that want to start youth ministries


• Seminars for parents of teenagers


• Retreats for youth leaders


• Consultations about existing youth programs. This can inciude helping the church to discover it's vision for youth ministry and program towards that vision, and re-assessing existing programs to see how well they are doing what they were intended for.
